Working Principle:

Materials enter the machine box from the material feeding hopper. The pushing box pushes the materials to the rotating knife roller under the drive of a hydraulic cylinder. The power system composed of a motor, pulley and reducer drives the knife roller to rotate, and the rotating moving knives and fixed knives interact to crush the materials—this is the core working process of the single shaft shredder.The crushed materials fall through the screen, and then are transported to the next process or collected and packaged by auxiliary conveying equipment, ensuring smooth connection with subsequent waste treatment processes for the single shaft shredder.

Maintenance:

  1. 1.For the single shaft shredder, connect the power supply correctly, toggle the flywheel by hand before starting, and check for abnormal debris in the machine chamber to avoid equipment damage.
  2. 2.Start the single shaft shredder for no-load operation to check the rotation direction of the moving knife; correct it promptly if reversed. After normal start-up and 3-5 minutes of no-load operation, fasten the feeding chamber before feeding for production—this is a key maintenance step for production line engineers.
  3. 3.Do not feed materials into the single shaft shredder 5 minutes before shutdown; let the residual materials in the shredder chamber be completely shredded and discharged before shutting down to protect the equipment.
  4. 4.It is strictly prohibited to put metals or other hard objects into the crushing chamber of the single shaft shredder, as this may cause serious damage to the knives and power system.
  5. 5.If abnormal noise is found in the single shaft shredder, stop the machine immediately, turn off the power supply, check the cause and eliminate the fault before restarting—this ensures the safety of the equipment and operators
